Low Energy Office Building, Halifax conservation area

We are an enthusiastic, experienced and award-winning architecture practice based in Sowerby Bridge, West Yorkshire.

We are able to provide the full range of architectural services from inception to completion on building projects ranging from £10,000 up to £10,000,000. These services include; measured building surveys, brief development, sketch designs, feasibility studies, planning applications, building regulations approvals, production of tender documents and construction drawings, site attendance, contract administration and defects inspections.

We also carry out Access Audits, the historical analysis of buildings and can act as Party Wall surveyors and CDM Coordinators.

We have experience of working with other building professionals such as Quantity Surveyors, Structural Engineers, Mechanical and Electrical Services Engineers, Landscape Architects and Interior Designers, and can advise on their appointment if required.

We offer innovative or traditional architectural planning, conservation and sustainable building design services on a wide range of project types, including new-build schemes and the refurbishment, alteration and extension of existing buildings.

Work is undertaken from both the private and public sectors, ranging from community projects, through education and health projects to commercial, residential and leisure developments.

A large proportion of our projects have involved working with Listed Buildings and other historic structures, and in Conservation Areas.

Whilst the practice has had projects throughout the country we see ourselves very much as a local practice with local loyalties and we are very concerned for the improvement of our local towns and their fine building stock and this commitment spreads out into the surrounding rural areas.

We enjoy our work and this benefits our clients.
